Fabio Capitanucci

At the age of 23 Fabio Maria Capitanucci wins the Teatro ,Lirico Sperimentale di Spoleto competition and from 1999 until 2001 he enters at the Accademia di Perfezionamento of Teatro alla Scala.

Since 1999 he’s been a regular guest at Teatro alla Scala  ,in Milan, where he debuts as Marcello  ,in La  ,Bohème, Cavalier Belfiore  ,in Un giorno di regno, Sharpless  ,in Madama  ,Butterfly, Lescaut in Massenet’s Manon, Guglielmo in Così  ,fan tutte. Over the years in the same theatre he sings also Lucia ,di Lammermoor, ,Les Troyens, Il viaggio a Reims and Le ,nozze  ,di Figaro.

Beside opera,  ,his repertoire includes also sacred and symphonic music, such as  ,Perosi’s ,La Cena del Signore ,and Orff’s Carmina Burana.
